About Us

Welcome to The Pulse, a community health blog featuring stories from the heart of the Wyoming Medical Center – its people.

Check in often for health tips and advice from our team of expert doctors, nurses and health providers. We will also post stories from employees, physicians, patients and friends of Wyoming Medical Center, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse of hospital life.

We are going to brag a little. We are the only Natrona County hospital dedicated to caring for you from birth to old age, and we believe we have a great story to tell. Here, we are going to tell it.

We’d also love to hear from you. If you have a health-related story you believe would inspire others, consider submitting it for publication. If you have a health question, ask it and we will try to find an expert to answer it in an upcoming post. Send questions and story submissions/ideas to kbleizeffer@wyomingmedicalcenter.org. (Do NOT submit questions about medical emergencies; Call 911 immediately. Health advice and tips presented in The Pulse are meant to be general and not meant to supplant personal medical advice from your physician. See our full disclaimer here.)

To our friends in the media, all content posted on The Pulse may be republished free of charge, unless otherwise noted. Contact editor Kristy Bleizeffer if you’d like to set up an interview relating to any story or subject in The Pulse. Email kbleizeffer@wyomingmedicalcenter.org or call (307) 577-2556.
